Signing in to My Account

1. What is my username and password ?
Your username can be either your landline phone number or the email address that you have provided to us during the order process. After you have successfully placed an order through our website we send you your login details, including a password. If you cannot find your password, don’t worry. Just go to My Vectone Home, and click on ‘Forgotten password’.


2. What can I do with My Vectone Home?

Bills: In My Vectone Home, you can easily view, download and print your latest bill and your bills from previous months. The last bill includes a breakdown of the charges that make up your monthly bill. Along with your basic charges you can also see which Tag-Ons and offers you are currently using.

Call history: In addition you are able to get a more detailed overview of you recent call history, including date and time of calls, the numbers called to, the destination, duration and the cost if any of your calls were outside your package.

Change your package: In case you feel like your current package is not a perfect fit for your calling behaviour, you can simply upgrade or downgrade your package and switch between Evening, Evening and Weekend, and Anytime calls.

Add or remove Tag-Ons: You can start saving money on your national and international calls anytime by adding or removing Tag-Ons in My Vectone Home. Note that if you add new Tag- Ons during the month, the pro-rata amount will be charged in the first month. Tag-Ons are automatically renewed every month after that. To remove a Tag-On, make sure to do it 2 days before the next billing date.

Benefit from Vectone offers: Any offers that we currently have can be added to your package through My Vectone Home. For instance, if you’d like to take advantage of our Line Rental Saver, just select the offer in the My Vectone Home overview page, and you can instantly pay one year line rental in advance to save £57.40 a year. Likewise, you can enter your Vectone Mobile number to start saving 50% if you are a broadband customer through the Personal Details page.

Manage payments: In case you have any outstanding bills you can pay them through My Vectone Home at any time of the day. Also, if you’d like to change your direct debit details, just go to My Bills And Payments and click Manage payment details if you’d like to use another bank account.

Edit your details:Through the Personal Details page you can easily change your contact details, including phone number and address.

1. How do I update my email address?
If you log on to My Vectone Home, go to Personal Details. Here you will find an overview of your current details, and have the option to edit them by clicking the Edit button.


2. How can I view my bill history?
To view your bill history, or your latest bill, just log on to My Vectone Home and select the tab for My Bills And Payments. From here you will easily find the option to view your bill history and your latest bill. In addition you will have the option to download or print your bills.


3. How can I view my call history?
If you’d like to have the specifications of which numbers you have dialled, the call durations, and the costs of each call, log on to My Vectone Home and on the overview page you will find a link to view your recent usage.


4. How can I add or remove Tag-Ons?
If you log on to My Vectone Home, go to My Vectone Home Package. Here you will find your current package, including offers and Tag-Ons. You will also find the option to add and remove Tag-Ons, and change your basic package.

You will need to pay by way of a monthly direct debit.


2. How can I view my bill history?
To view your bill history, or your latest bill, just log on to My Vectone Home and select the tab for My Bills And Payments. From here you will easily find the option to view your bill history and your latest bill. In addition you will have the option to download or print your bills.

My Package

1. How can I add or remove Tag-Ons?
If you log on to My Vectone Home, go to My Vectone Home Package. Here you will find your current package, including offers and Tag-Ons. You will also find the option to add and remove Tag-Ons, and change your basic package.


2. How long is a Tag-On valid?
All Tag-Ons have a validity period of 1 month, and will be renewed automatically. Activation might take up to 2 days. However, if you have just added a Tag-On, you will be billed pro-rata till the next billing date. This means that for instance, if you add a Tag-On which costs £5 for 500 minutes on the 15th of March, you will receive 250 minutes and £2.50 will be credited to your account on the 30th of March.

3. How long does it take to remove a Tag-On?
As stated above, you must give notice to remove a Tag-On no later than 2 days prior to the end of the monthly billing period. Notice received after this date will be processed at the end of your next monthly billing period.

1. How do I pay my Vectone bill?

You will need to pay by way of a monthly direct debit.


2. When will I be billed?
The standard billing period is from the 1st to the last day of each month. You will always be billed at the end of the month. Vectone services are paid for in advance; therefore, the bill will include all your standard package costs for the month to come. In addition, the bill will include all charges outside your basic package from the previous month.


3. When do I actually pay?
Your bill will be charged through direct debit on or around the 15th of each month.


4. What happens if I cannot pay one month through direct debit?
If your direct debit payment fails, we will automatically charge the amount from the credit/debit card that you used to make your first payment while buying the service.


5. Can I pay outstanding bills at any time?
Yes, you are able to pay any outstanding bills easily. Just go to My Vectone Home, and go to my Bills & Payments. Then go to your Bill History, and you will find the option to pay your outstanding bills.

6. What is my first bill made up of?
Your first bill will start on the day your product is activated and end on the last day of the month. However, you pay up front on the day you place your order. The difference will be credited to your balance during your next bill.

If you are a Vectone Talk customer, a minimum spend of £0.99 applies which will be collected in advance.

In case you have ordered Phone & Broadband, your first payment will also include a basic £30 set up fee.

If you have decided to benefit from our Vectone Mobile customer 50% discount (only applicable to Vectone Phone & Broadband), the full amount will first be collected, and the discount shall be applied on the first billing date to come.
